No objection to issuance of permit for proposed temporary installation of portable wheelchair lift and alterations for new landing at level of front door as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 October 2008. Section of railing removed for this installation must be retained for re-installation in the future. Lift and platforms must be painted black. Alterations to the basement stairs would adversely impact the historic fabric of this house and were not approved. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
