The Commission regrets that alterations and awnings were completed contrary to previous recommendations under case OG 08-059. Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for alterations to storefront as completed which adversely impact on this historic building and the historic district. Transom windows must be relocated to original location no later than 30 November 2008. No objection to issuance of permit for existing shed awning with logo for Tackle Box on slope. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
