No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to storefront as shown in supplemental drawings dated 8 October and 20 October 2008 which indicate true-divided-lite 2/2 wood windows on second floor; new shutters that are sized appropriately to the windows; minimum size light fixtures with no more than 14-inch projection; sign composed of aluminum letters no taller than 8-inches high reading Ed Hardy\'94 only, pin-mounted to wall on mortar joints; and new glazing on the storefront. Alterations to storefront are contingent on windows being replaced to be in-keeping with plate glass and historically accurate. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
