Proposed repair of exposed party wall was superseded by proposed partial demolition and reconstruction of deteriorated sections of wall. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed removal of damaged brick of party wall, now exposed, and reconstruction of wall as shown in supplemental drawings dated 20 November 2008 which indicate original exterior brick to remain in place delineating profile of building that was razed. Recommend new brick at front corner matches brick at front facade for a return of 1 1/2 bricks and painted to match. Erect a material panel of brick and mortar samples on site for review by the Board when ready.
