No objection to issuance of permit for proposed awning as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 December 2008 which indicate awning no taller than 3-ft high, extending to cover the window and door, and with lettering on 8-inch high valance reading 'Cafe Tu-O-Tu'. Attachments must be installed through mortar joints and not into bricks. Signs on side panels were not approved and were deleted from permit application. Existing menu sign, storefront sign and wall mounted light fixtures above storefront, installed without review or permit, were not approved and must be removed no later than 31 January 2009. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
