The Commission regrets that work on house beyond scope of previously approved design was completed prior to review or permit. No objection to general concept design for alterations to rear yard for parking pad and sliding gate as shown in supplemental drawings dated 21 January 2010. Recommend wider planting bed along property lines and additional measures be taken to protect root zone of large tree on adjacent neighbor's rear yard. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, landscape plan and arborist report, with permit application for completed work on rear of house and for alterations to rear yard for review by the Commission when ready.
