No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear yard, including parking pad on slab and piers structural system, wood sliding gate, replacement wood fence, trellis and paving as shown in supplemental drawings dated 19 February 2010. Fence and gate must be painted. Care must be given to protect neighbor's tree and root zone during construction as per Arborist's recommendations. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
