Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for existing structure as built and for its proposed enclosure due to incompatibility of natural lattice and cedar boards with the character of the building and the historic district. Recommend filing of new submission of revised design for enclosure with siding to be painted for review by the Commission when ready.
