Submitted materials and a site visit of 21 April 2010 indicate that proposed alterations to rear, as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 21 April 2010, will not be visible from a public thoroughfare. Note that removal of original masonry wall within bay window will be visible from street and that Commission's approval of construction of bay window under case OG 97-039 was conditional on retention of 'existing masonry wall [which] is not to be altered'.
