No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including repair of original siding on front facade; replacement wood entry door, transom, light fixture and operable wood shutters and alterations to brick stairs as shown in supplemental drawings dated 4 November 2010. Applicant agreed to installation of new stucco on side wall to cover remnant of siding and to match color and texture of existing stucco. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. Front windows will be repaired.
