All other signs on second floor windows, including neon signs close to the glass which are not appropriate and were not approved, must be removed no later than 31 January 2011. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
