No objection to general concept design for proposed rear addition of office building as shown in supplemental drawings dated 17 November 2010, which will require the demolition of the 1907 and 1926 rear additions. Recommend further study of treatment of rear (east) facade, landscape plan and impact to adjacent mature trees, selection of materials, mechanical equipment, cornice profile, and use of bird-safe glass on hyphen. File new submission of concept design development drawings, including materials, dimensions and details, for review by the Commission.
