No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of vinyl windows on front facade with wood double hung windows with half screens and for replacement wood door and transom as shown in supplemental drawings dated 2 December 2010 which indicate recreation of original 7-inch-wide mullion between paired windows in first floor opening. Wood door and windows must be painted. Second light fixture was not approved and was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
