No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new building which conforms to approved concept design (see case OG 11-009) as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 February 2011 which indicate gooseneck light fixtures were deleted. Proposed brick wall along property line behind the parking lot must be not taller than 3'-6" high. Signs are not part of this permit application and will be filed by future tenants for review by the Commission separately. Recommend a third street tree be planted in collaboration with DDOT. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. Erect a materials sample panel facing south on site for review by the Old Georgetown Board prior to ordering materials.
