No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to storefront and sign scheme composed of individually pin-mounted back-lit 8-inch-high letters reading 'Gant' as shown in supplemental drawings dated 24 May and 13 June 2012 which indicate a 3/4 inch thick stone base with miter corners. Recommend a lighter color scheme than proposed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
