No objection to concept design for proposed sign composed of pin mounted 12" letters reading 'The Frye Company' and for two awnings without sides as shown in drawings dated 17 December 2012 which indicate down lights, provided existing wall bracket for flag is removed, new shutters are sized to fit the masonry openings, and sign is mounted through mortar joints. Blade sign was not approved. Lettering for new sign may be back-lit. File new submission of construction drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for review by the Commission.
