Alterations to the front facade or to the slate roof were deleted from this permit application. File new submission at DCRA for repair of slate roof with permit application for review by the Commission as soon as possible to minimize damage to building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of the permit.
