No objection to issuance of permit for proposed site work at entrance to Regents Hall off Tondorf Drive, including ADA ramp, sidewalks, railings and landscaping. No objection to temporary re–paving of entrance plaza with asphalt, with the understanding that the final plaza will have permeable pavers on a sand and gravel base. File new submission at DCRA of detailed drawings for re–alignment of Tondorf Drive, new sidewalks and new permeable plaza at entrance to Regents Hall for review by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
