No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to front yard and driveway as shown in drawings dated 15 August 2014 which indicate alignment of driveway with curb–cut, lowering of planter walls, re–use of existing metal fencing, new metal fencing to match existing , brick pavers on a sand and gravel base, and new landscaping. Note that the Foundation for the Preservation of Historic Georgetown holds an easement on this property. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
