No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including replacement wood siding, new front door and sandstone step, fenestration alterations at rear as shown in supplemental drawings received 18 February 2015 which indicate light fixture no taller than 12 1/2 inches. Recommend relocation of electric and gas meters to areaway to reduce visibility from public thoroughfare. Rooftop mechanical equipment, solar panels, fence and gate were deleted from this permit application. File new submission at DCRA for replacement of shared gate after consultation with all affected neighbors. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
