No objection to concept design for proposed alterations, including demolition of one-story brick garage and metal stair, addition of two-story open porch, swimming pool, terraces, fences and landscaping as shown in supplemental drawings received 16 June 2015 which indicate stair internal to the porch and wood gates at driveway as per option on sheet L-4 with the half-masonry half-iron work design of the garden wall at carriage house. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including architectural details, dimensions and landscape plan with permit application for review by the Commission.
