Recommendation

No objection to issuance of permit for proposed installation of telecommunications antennas with screening panels mounted to the two penthouses as shown in drawings received 16 June 2015 which indicate installation on east elevation of penthouse on east building would have panels extend from corner to corner of penthouse and bottom of panels located at height of parapet. Screening panels to match pattern, dimensions and color of existing bricks and mortar joints as per sample shown at site visit on 29 May 2015. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
