No objection to issuance of permit for proposed two-story plus basement rear addition, in-fill of areaway, one-story side addition and alterations, including replacement front door, metal fence and gate at parking pad, as shown in drawings received 15 May 2015 and in supplemental drawings received 18 June 2015 which indicate hand-pressed standing seam metal roof with traditional detailing, single-glazed wood windows with 7/8 inch true-divided-lite muntins, and vents to the roof. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
