No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to correct work completed prior to review or permit and contrary to previous recommendations. Alterations include relocation of transom windows at storefront to align with recessed door to match original condition, reconstruction of roof above bays, removal of all signs, replacement of vinyl siding at dormers with wood siding, and replacement of dormer windows with fixed single-glazed wood windows with 5/8-inch wide true divided light muntins as shown in supplemental drawings received 19 August and 4 September 2015 which indicate curved-top muntins. Corrective work to be completed no later than 31 January 2016. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
