No objection to concept design for proposed replacement casement window at turret and for proposed alterations to basement windows as shown in option 1 of supplemental drawings received 15 September 2015 which indicate 1/1 double-hung windows above wood paneling PROVIDED that muntins on casement window is true divided light wood muntins to match the width of the meeting rail of double-hung windows, and that all window A/C units are permanently removed. Recommend basement door be replaced with a compatible wood door with a single light top panel. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including details and dimensions, plans, elevations, cut-sheets and product literature, with permit application for review by the Commission.
