No objection to issuance of permit for existing vertical wood board fence and two proposed 3-feet x 5 feet cedar sheds per supplemental information received 15 December 2015 and __ January 2016 which indicate 6-feet-tall section of fence is raised to 7-feet for a continuous height. Wood fence and sheds to have opaque stain or paint. Corrective work to be completed no later than 31 March 2016. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
