The Commission regrets that the work on rear addition and the amount of demolition of the wall that was completed did not conform to the approved design. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed revisions to permit to add new trim as shown in Option A of supplemental drawings received 18 March 2016. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
