No objection to concept design for proposed alterations, including demolition of lobby and elevator shafts; addition at eastern courtyard; new ADA ramp, walkways, terrace and landscaping at courtyards; and replacement of windows at rear per supplemental drawings received 17 March 2016 PROVIDED single-glazed wood windows on front facade are repaired, and metal canopies at third floor are located within the openings of the large windows only. File new submission at DCRA of detailed and dimensioned drawings, with permit application for review by the Commission.
