No objection to issuance of permit to remove existing asphalt shingles and install standing seam galvanized steel roof per supplemental drawings received 26 May 2016 which indicate seams no taller than 1 inch at 16 inches on center and traditional detailing, PROVIDED seams are hand pressed and finish is matte gray. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
