Recommendation
The Commission regrets that cameras with exposed conduit were installed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed security elements, including access control panel with bronze finish, steel gate, and no more than four security cameras per supplemental information received 15 June 2016 PROVIDED existing camera at southeast corner is removed, new cameras are mounted above second story with no exposed conduit, camera at north elevation is relocated to eliminate or minimize visibility from a public thoroughfare, and two existing exposed conduits are painted beige to match brick color. Replacement front doors were not approved and were deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
