No objection to issuance of permit for proposed non-illuminated pin-mounted sign comprised of letters no taller than 12 inches reading "Zannchi" and logo per drawings received 24 March 2016 PROVIDED sign is located high enough to avoid obscuring the lintel and keystone above the door. Attachments to wall through mortar joints only. Lettering on valance of awnings was removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
