Although proposed mechanical equipment, rear addition, roof alterations, and site work would not be visible from a public thoroughfare per mock-up inspection on 21 April 2016, the Commission regrets the amount of exterior and interior demolition associated with this contributing pair of 19th-century frame houses. Revised drawings received on 27 April indicate the mechanical equipment would be located at the southern half of the roof and would not be visible from a public thoroughfare.
