No objection to issuance of permit for removal of polymer-based synthetic stucco surfacing and trim to expose historic brick as indicated on drawings received 28 April 2016, PROVIDED removal process does not damage historic brick. All work to be completed no later than 31 August 2016. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
