No objection to issuance of permit for general renovation, including replacement of windows and doors, masonry repairs, and rooftop mechanical equipment, per drawings received 11 July 2017, which indicate that cornice at front would be retained, all replacement windows and doors would be wood, the larger windows at the front would be 8/8 wood windows, and rooftop mechanical equipment would be pushed as far east and south as possible. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
