No objection to issuance of permit for proposed interior alterations, window and door replacement, and alteration to front entrance step, per supplemental drawings received 8 November 2017, which indicate that the interior staircase between the second and third floors is to be retained and the replacement windows are to be wood two-over-two units. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
