No objection to issuance of permit for small rooftop addition at east side of existing gabled rooftop addition, per drawings received 9 November 2017, which indicate stucco color at new addition will blend in with roof, no windows will be installed at new addition, roof of new addition will be TPO, existing windows at side elevations of existing gabled rooftop addition will be removed, and four new windows at existing gabled rooftop addition will be the same in width and height. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
