No objection to issuance of permit for proposed installation of basement window and areaway at front elevation, installation of entrance to basement at rear elevation, alterations to fenestration, and creation of parking area in rear yard with gate to alley, per drawings received 13 October 2017, PROVIDED that alterations at rear fenestration keep to existing opening size of the window and door, and which indicate that window well is to be covered by a grate with adjacent planting area to provide screening. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
