No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of four rooftop antennas for Verizon Wireless mounted to the screen of the mechanical penthouse at the Pasquerilla Healthcare Center building, per drawings received 7 December 2017, which indicate new antennas would be located below the concrete beam and painted to match the color of the screen behind them. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
