No objection to issuance of permit for alterations, including vertical board HVAC enclosure at parking lot, handrail replacement at Dumbarton Street entrance, door threshold replacement, and general repair work, per supplemental drawings received 25 September 2018, PROVIDED lights and light fixture replacement are submitted under a separate application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
