No objection to issuance of permit for site work, per drawings received 22 June 2018, which includes the incorporation of more greenery, new fencing, new trash enclosure, a raised walkway, and removal of chain-link fencing. Note that this application and recommendation for approval does not include water feature, signage, plantings at parking lot, or street trees at 35th Street. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
