No objection to issuance of permit for new signage, light fixtures, and door replacements at Thomas Jefferson and 31st Street facades, per drawings received 24 August 2018, which indicate all unapproved elements on the Thomas Jefferson facade, including the canopy, Baked & Wired banner and metal sign, Zap sign, and light fixtures are removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
