No objection to issuance of permit to rebuild previously existing attic story and dormers from historic photos and build window openings on the north elevation, as shown in supplemental drawings received 25 October 2019, PROVIDED that when first and second story windows are replaced at a future date, they are replaced with more stylistically appropriate two-over-two double-hung and single-glazed wood windows. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
