No objection to issuance of permit to revise a previously approved permit to change an approved 21-light door on the west elevation of the rear ell with a solid wood door consisting of a lower raised panel and twelve lights above with 7/8" muntins and simulated-divided-light glazing, per drawings received 18 October 2019, PROVIDED that the double-glazed door have putty profile muntins permanently adhered to the interior and exterior and an internal spacer bar in a medium-value color. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
