No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of existing wood soffit with faux wood metal panels and replacement of down lighting with LED fixtures in the existing locations only, per supplemental materials received 1 July 2020, which indicate all soffit replacement components, including vents, will be the "dark acacia" color. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
