No objection to issuance of permit for new and replacement rooftop antennas and RRHs for AT&T, per supplemental materials received 24 August 2020, PROVIDED the antennas on the penthouse are painted red with no white stripe and all defunct or unused equipment is removed, regardless of whether or not the equipment belongs to the applicant (AT&T) or another provider. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
