No objection to issuance of permit to replace deteriorated wood fence with a new 6'-tall, double-sided cedar fence of the same design and in the same location, per supplemental materials received 14 December 2020. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
