The Commission regrets that the shipping containers were installed without permits or approval. No objection to issuance of permit for installation of two shipping containers and alteration of site, as needed, to accommodate food-truck parking, per supplemental materials received 19 February 2021, PROVIDED no signage or additional lighting is installed without OGB approval, no more trucks or temporary structures are parked or installed other than plan indicates, and all further changes are submitted for OGB approval. All shipping containers, chairs, tables, trucks and other associated items MUST be removed by December 31, 2021. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
