No objection to issuance of permit for renovation of the Colonial Apartments building, including restoration of the front elevation; window replacement, new wood porches, and doors on the rear elevation; new rooftop mechanical equipment and replacement of standing seam metal roofing; and refurbishment of rear parking lot to include permeable pavers in the drive aisles, per supplemental materials received 11 April 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
