No objection to concept design to remove stucco and restore historic siding, replace standing seam metal roof with copper standing seam, and other minor exterior repairs, per supplemental materials received 23 February 2023, PROVIDED the deck is removed, the access door to the deck is changed to a window, and the applicant continue to study the design of the front door surround. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
