No objection to concept design to remove stucco and restore historic siding, replace standing seam metal roof with a copper standing seam, and other miscellaneous repairs, per supplemental materials received 23 February 2023 PROVIDED the applicant install a guardrail at the second floor doors on the rear elevation, where the rear deck is to be removed. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
